Description & Use: Creating an authentic katsu sauce starts with making a roux. Soften onion and garlic in oil then add carrots, sweat for 10 minutes. Add two parts flour to one part curry blend, stir briefly before gradually introducing your stock, honey and soy sauce. Slowly bring to boil then simmer for 20 mins until thickened. Sieve first or pour immediately over rice or noodles with your favourite, meat, fish or vegetables.
