Description & Use: A rich herby, spicy and pungent blend of herbs and spices Chermoula is used extensively in dishes throughout Northern Africa. A strong favourite of Moroccan cooking use as a dry rub or mix with plenty of olive oil and lemon or lime juice to create a beautiful marinade or dressing. A versatile blend that goes well whether preparing fish, meat or vegetable dishes especially when using a tagine to cook. Why not add extra oil for dressing for warm salads or add to natural yoghurt and serve with lamb.
