Smokey BBQ Rub

Contains: Black Peppercorn, Chipotle Chillies, Dried Thyme Leaf, Onion Powder, Cumin Seed, Ground Dry Orange Peel, Bay Leaf

Description and Use: This smokey BBQ rub is a heady mix of smokey and sweet aromas and flavours. Chipotle chillies (dried, smoked jalapenos) and black pepper provide the heat to which we have added tangy orange peel and a good pinch of pungent thyme. The result is a full flavoured BBQ blend that goes especially well with beef or lamb, or mushrooms. Rub liberally over food before placing on the BBQ.

All Pinch BBQ blends are hand blended in small batches in our own kitchen in Hove.
