This month we are introducing Gomashio a sesame seed salt used extensively in Japanese and Korean cuisine. This is our first offering from a number of new blends we have been creating in our home kitchen.

April Dates - Saturday 5th April 2014 will be our first Steyning Farmers Market. This is then followed by Shoreham, Farmers market on the 12th and the Artisan's Market on the 26th. We will also be at Florence Road Farmers Market just off Ditchling Rd in Brighton on the 12th & 26th.
